Combine 1 teaspoon of tea tree oil with 1 cup of water in a spray bottle and mist the affected area. Let it sit for 30 minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to your regular laundry detergent to help prevent mold growth in your washing machine.
