With local infections rising and vaccination rates well below neighboring communities, our new Wall of Shame recognizes folks who still refuse wearing masks on public transit. It also puts the blame where it mostly belongs — on RIOC for failing to enforce the very rules they created.

Misinformation is widespread, but one fact is clear. RIOC knows the rules but fails to enforce them.
Risks for children are not worth some juvenile demand for living in a community where you ignore the rules you don’t like.
So, shame on RIOC as well the passengers.
