With the out of service north cabin running multiple test runs – without an operator or passengers – today and construction barriers down, an imminent return is expected. The north cabin returned to full service just after noon today.

Above, you can see that the construction barriers are all down, allowing entrance from all sides, including access to MetroCard machines.

RIOC‘s been silent, of course, but it looks like full service is on the cusp.
Old RIOC, New Lawyer
Melissa Wade called the General Counsel process “textbook old school RIOC behavior.” President Jones now has to show whether the Board governed or merely approved.
President Jones has become better at saying RIOC cares.
