This year’s his last as the Upper East Side and Roosevelt Island’s city council member, but Ben Kallos is in the race for Manhattan Borough President. In a Jewish Insider interview, he offers a person look at himself and his values.

“I feel constrained by the boundaries of my district,” he said, “and this is a real opportunity to do more for the entire borough.”
