Expect the obvious, i.e., more Tram crowding, and given Team RIOC/Westchester’s recent lapses, don’t count on any help from the state agency.

The MTA’s guidance.

“For service to Roosevelt Island and 21 St-Queensbridge, take the F to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av and transfer to a Manhattan-bound E or F.

“For service from Roosevelt Island, take the Q102 bus (days/evenings) to Queens Plaza Accessbility for the F, overnight take a Manhattan-bound F to W 4 St-Wash Sq Accessbility for Queens-bound F.”
