Farmers Market Returns to Good Shepherd Plaza, This Weekend

Although there’s been no official word from RIOC’s alleged Communications Department, the Daily has learned that Roosevelt Island’s popular Farmers Market returns to Good Shepherd Plaza, this weekend. That’s April 3rd.

Saturday morning, the Farmers Market abandons its winter home under the Roosevelt Island Bridge helix. They’ll set up instead in the friendlier confines alongside the historic church in the Main Street Canyon.

Fair weather with a high in the mid-50s expected… as are many of our readers.

All market revenue goes to PS/IS 217 Parent Teacher Association. Face masks and social distancing required for entry.
