Join Romanian painter Bogdan Matei at a free opening for Poses and Imaginary objects on Saturday, September 6th.

Bogdan Matei’s solo show runs from September 7th thru October 6th. His paintings have highlighted exhibits in Europe and the U.S., and now, they arrive at Gallery RIVAA.

Poses and Imaginary objects colorfully fills the gap left open by the closing of Unexpected, a RIVAA group show from this summer.

“This collection captures for me the ambivalence of life, of soul and matter, as the objects depicted move aimlessly in time and space.”
